SHIPPING, DELIVERIES AND DELIVERY CHARGES AT VARGAS BROTHERS FIRE PITS
DELIVERY SCHEDULES
1. We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.
2. Delivery times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
3. If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
DELIVERY INSURANCE
1. All purchases are insured by us while in transit until they are delivered to you.
2. If you wish to track your parcel, please refer to the email you were sent containing your tracking number.
3. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
4. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Vargas Brothers Fire Pits and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.
DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
1. Shipments can only be accepted to a valid street address. We cannot accept shipments to P.O Box addresses.
2. We currently deliver to the UK only.
3. Please order from Vargas Brothers Fire Pits with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time, as we cannot be responsible for this. If your order is not delivered within the time frame specified at ordering, we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.
4. Items will not be processed over the weekend.
5. If you order on a Friday after 12pm your order will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Most Vargas Brothers Fire Pits goods are by their nature, large and heavy items. To simplify matters, we have two shipping rates, one for items below 15kg in weight, which tend to be single items purchases, and one for items exceeding 15kg.
We offer the following delivery options in the UK:
- Signed For Service, under 15kg: £15
- Signed For Service, over 15kg: £20
Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays.
Orders will be delivered to your chosen address and all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery.

Should you wish to collect the purchased product(s), please select this option at check out and you will be emailed to confirm your item is ready for collection usually the next day. Please note that this service is not available on Sundays and UK Bank Holidays. You can collect your order from the following two addresses:
