Please contact us through one of these channels BEFORE returning an item.

 RETURNS 

  1. We hope you are entirely happy with your purchase from Vargas Brothers Fire Pits. However, should you wish to return an item, you have 14 full days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties.
2. Cancellation must be confirmed and notified to us in writing (email) to sales@vargasbrothersfirepits.co.uk Once we have received your email, we shall send you an email with your returns authorization number.

3. All customers should return the item(s) via recorded delivery to the following address:

4. Please obtain a proof of posting. Vargas Brothers Fire Pits cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post that have not been sent via a trackable method.

5. We require that you return the goods in their original condition – new and unused. New and unused means that item has not been used, there are no marks on the item and the item has been returned to us in a saleable condition.

6. Once we have received your returned item and inspected it to ensure that it has not been used or is not damaged, we will refund you with the purchase price.

7. Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund you with the purchase and shipping price within 14 working days from cancelling the order. If the item has already been shipped, we will accept a return within 14 full days and refund the purchase price.

8. Where you and we agree that an exchange of goods is appropriate, we reserve the right to charge our costs for posting the exchange goods to you. Similarly, where the goods are returned to us as undelivered by your postal service, and we agree to re-send them to you, you will have to pay the additional postage costs.

9. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

 RETURNS OF FAULTY ITEMS

1. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

2. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request your returns authorization number by mailing us at sales@vargasbrothersfirepits.co.uk  and return the faulty goods to us within 14 days of the day you received them.

3. If you discover a fault after this time, but within six months of purchase, you can still return the item. Where possible, we will offer to repair it. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you will be entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at sales@vargasbrothersfirepits.co.uk should you discover a fault in your purchase within six months of purchasing it at Vargas Brothers Fire Pits.

 

REFUNDS

1. You will be refunded within 7 working days maximum after your return has been received and accepted. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for your order. You will be re-credited for the amount of the returned items. Delivery charges you may have paid will not be refunded.

2. No return will be accepted if the item has been used.
